Schedule 30 Minute Zoom call. I will share my screen and have a model of your table in place. We'll be able to change the color of the base in real time so we can compare lot's of options. When we have a short list I'll make some renderings.

Yes. The wood shown is made using a Macro image of the wood we use for the tables. For hard maple and walnut, the color and grain of your table will be about the same. With Figured Maple, the color will be about the same, but the grain pattern will be unique to each table.

We ship the tabletop by UPS. In most cases, we also ship the base by UPS. If the base exceeds UPS size or weight limits, it will arrive by common carrier; I will contact you to arrange delivery and installation.

Before shipping, I assemble and inspect every table.

Yes. Our organic finish cures into the cells of the wood fibers, creating a water-resistant shield that repels everyday spills such as wine, coffee, water, and olive oil when wiped up in a reasonable timeframe. Unlike thick plastic polyurethanes that scratch white, flake, or chip, our surfaces retain the natural warmth of real wood and can be spot-repaired in minutes with a simple maintenance oil without having to sand down the entire table.

Daily care requires a damp, soft microfiber cloth followed by a dry wipe—no harsh chemical sprays, silicone polishes, or bleach-based cleaners that degrade the protective finish. For occasional deep cleans, use a pH-neutral, plant-based wood soap; minor surface scuffs or light wear spots from everyday living can be refreshed easily using a small dab of maintenance oil buffed directly into the wood with a cloth.

Timing depends on the craftsman’s schedule, but it is typically 4–8 weeks. I will provide the build date and send progress updates. If you are nearby, you are welcome to visit the shop while your table is being made.
